Job Summary
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a well-regarded law firm in their search for a Litigation Partner to join its Michigan practice. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial litigator with a strong courtroom presence and an active Michigan practice.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters in Michigan state and federal courts
Lead all phases of litigation including strategy pleadings discovery motion practice hearings settlement negotiations and trial
Advise clients on dispute resolution risk assessment and compliance with Michigan laws and regulations
Qualifications
7 years of litigation experience
Background with an AmLaw 200 Law360 400 respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm
Active commercial litigation practice in Michigan with frequent trial experience
Portable book of business of at least $350K (preferred range $500K$700K)
