The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the on-going development and coordination of the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Program including program development establishing goals and objectives maintaining relevant policies and procedures patient education staff education and development financial analysis materials development and marketing support.

What you will do:
Oversee the development coordination and daily operations of the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Program ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update program policies procedures and education materials for both patients and clinical staff.
Collaborate with the Medical Director Executive Director surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to drive program growth operational efficiency and patient-centered care.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics to ensure compliance with MBSAQIP standards and optimize patient outcomes.
Manage outcomes data collection and reporting in partnership with the clinical data abstractor utilizing MDNet and other tools for continuous improvement.
Support marketing efforts financial analysis and staff development to enhance program visibility sustainability and clinical excellence.
What you will need:
A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
BLS provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois
3-5 years of previous experience in a clinical setting.
Salary Range: $32.25 - $54.35 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
