Job Summary
Registered Nurses are responsible for the assessing planning implementing and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
Requirement description :
- 3 years of Med Surg (MS) Experience - REQUIRED
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - REQUIRED
- ACLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start.

- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the speciality (Med Surg/Telemetry) - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Nursys must state Active Illinois/IL License - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
