Job Summary

8hrs non-billable orientation
Call: 4/hour
Call-Back Holiday and OT multipliers - 1.25%
Requirement description :
- 2 years current experience Required
- BSN REQIURED Required
- BLS AHSA Required
- CNOR REQUIRED Required
- Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS and CNOR - facility will not pend license/certs)

Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holiday coverage required if needed
