Position: Change Management Practitioner/Trainer
Location: Tarrant County TX (Onsite)
Project Duration: 24 months initial term with two optional 12-month renewals.
Scope/ Background: Client is seeking qualified IT staffing firms to provide temporary IT professionals on an as-needed basis. These resources will support ongoing projects backfill positions and assist during long-term staff absences. The intent is to ensure continuity of IT operations and timely project delivery.
Project Overview: Client request resumes conduct interviews perform background checks and onboard selected consultants. All work products created during the assignment will belong.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
  • Focus on the individual Organizational and Departmental side of change including changes to business processes systems and technology job roles and organization structures.
  • Primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Work to drive faster adoption higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support change adoption required by a project or initiative.
  • Plan and support communication efforts.
  • Design develop and deliver communications.
  • Assess the change impact and work with business leaders on actions.
  • Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support training efforts.
  • Provide input document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs complete with materials tutorials instructions.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

Education Experience and Licensing
  • Change management certification or designation desired.
