Job Summary
Quality Control
Inspection / sampling / testing of all incoming goods (bulk finished packaging)
Test all incoming product (bulk packed components) except where facilities are not
available and product must be sent to outside agency
Assist in the submission of samples to third party labs for testing.
Assist with in-house audits
Ensure status labelling of all products and materials
Complete release / testing documentation for Bulk Warehouse for Re-packing or for
Finished Product Warehouse for Distribution
Liaise with Finish Product Warehouse for re-work (where applicable)
Check Bulk Products prior to testing
Ensure batch documentation is collated and correctly filed
Ensure maintenance / servicing of Laboratory equipment / facilities
Routinely check released product for compliance to GWP in the Warehouse
Comply with requirements of the companys International and various Regulatory authorities
