Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the ProjectManagementteam to ensure successful delivery of projects. This positionis responsible forassistingwith planning organizing and executing project activitiesmaintainingdocumentationfacilitatingcommunication and tracking progress. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Managersand teamto ensure that projectobjectivesare met on time and within scope.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans schedules and resourceallocationdocuments.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.
Track project progress update timelines and report potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts reports and correspondence.
Facilitate effective communication among project team members stakeholders and external partners.
Support the Project Manager in managing budgets processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements.
Assistwith problem-solving and issue resolution to keep the project on track.
Prepare regular status updates and reports for the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Perform othertasks asassigned to support projectobjectivesand team efficiency.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (such as MS Project Asana or Trello).
Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management ora relatedfield preferred.
Previousexperience in project coordination administration or a similar role is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
Physical dexteritysufficientto use hands arms and shoulders repetitively tooperatea keyboard and other office equipment use a telephone access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels includingoverhead
Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandablywithsufficient volume to ensurean accurateexchange of informationin normalconversational distance over the telephone and in a groupsetting
Ability to continuouslyoperatea personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data evaluate reason define problemsestablishfacts draw valid conclusions make valid judgments anddecisions
