Beyer Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager plays a key role in the sales process by arranging financing presenting products and ensuring a smooth compliant and transparent experience for our customers.
Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended service contracts GAP protection plans etc.) in a clear and ethical manner
Secure competitive financing options through approved lending partners
Ensure all deals are structured accurately and in compliance with federal state and lender regulations
Complete and review all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers
Partner with the sales team to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Stay current on industry regulations compliance standards and best practices
Prior experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive finance lender programs and compliance requirements
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity professionalism and attention to detail
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and digital retail tools
