Job Summary
Key Responsibilities: â
- Perform sampling preparation and testing of finished products raw materials environmental swabs incoming water and air. â
- Operate laboratory equipment such as autoclaves petri films agar plates Celsis rapid microbial detection UV Vis autotitrators FTIR TOC analyzers pH meters and more. â
- Support environmental monitoring programs and operational validation activities. â
- Conduct data entry reporting and communication of results using Excel and Infinity. â
- Monitor and maintain lab material inventory and ensure proper documentation of in-house standards and solutions. â
- Evaluate new or modified testing and measurement equipment. â
- Participate in laboratory investigations and process improvement activities. â
- Assist in training other lab technicians as needed. â
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to the Chemical Hygiene Plan. â
- Verify metal detector checks performed by operations. â

Qualifications: â
- High School Diploma/GED required. â
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant external experience or 1 year of internal Rockline/Iatric experience. â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel Outlook). â
- Preferred experience with electronic database systems and ERP systems for QA release functions. â
- Excellent verbal written and analytical skills. â
Physical and Mental Requirements: â
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. â
- Frequent standing/walking; occasional sitting bending twisting kneeling climbing pushing/pulling and reaching. â
- Repetitive hand and foot movement. â
- Work environment includes occasional noise >85db hot and cold temperatures. â
- Good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision. â
Work Environment: â
- Laboratory production floor and office settings. â
Flexibility to work E and G shift as needed for staffing coverage is mandatory. When coverage is not needed normal working hours will be Monday -Thursday 6pm to 4am.
