Now Hiring: Full-time Beauty School Cosmetology Instructor at Paul Mitchell Schools in Delaware
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Youll typically work Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 10 PM with one required Monday evening shift from 5 PM to 10 PM per month. We also offer split shifts from 8:30 AM to 5 PM or 12 PM to 10 PM to ensure full coverage and balance. Youll also work one evening per week.

Youll hit the ground running with daily duties such as:
- Prepare lesson plans and set up the classroom for students
- Teach theoretical and practical aspects of cosmetology
- Guide students through hands-on practice while providing real services to guests
- Thrive in a high-energy environment and excel at multitasking
- Demonstrate passion for education and creativity while engaging students to meet Paul Mitchell Schools standards
- Stay organized and work collaboratively as a team player
- Build strong relationships and effectively manage classroom dynamics
