Job Summary

Deputy Theatre Manager

Bristol Hospital Theatre Full time 12-month Fixed-Term contract Includes weekend work

Up to50000per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Deputy Theatre Manager at our Bristol Hospital youre registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience. With excellent leadership skills you hold post-registration experience in care of patients pre intra and post operatively in everything from Orthopaedic Gynae and Urology.

AsaDeputy Theatre Manager you will:

  • Support theTheatre Managerin the efficient running of the Theatre department

  • Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety

  • Be instrumental to the patient experience ensuring seamless personalised care

  • Work well with consultants who are experts in their field

  • Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment care planning and delivery

  • Champion a supportive enabling working culture in the department promoting staff safety
