We are a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Operations Manager. This position reports to the General Manager and will work in Pompano Beach FL.
As Operations Manager of the Pompano team you will be involved in the day-to-day activities of our marine air-conditioning manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management with a focus on improving safety efficiency productivity and quality control in a manufacturing environment.
General Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing operations strategies and processes.
- Oversee the production workflow to ensure that manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze system performance implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes such as customer sales order management change management or shipping.
- Manage and lead a team of supervisors managers and workers providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance production capabilities.
- Prepare and manage operations budget ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
