Pay: $16 $19 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Provide compassionate individualized care and attention to infants.
- Support early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction.
- Follow each childs feeding diapering and nap schedule consistently.
- Communicate daily with families about progress and routines.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage curiosity and emotional development.
- Maintain a safe clean and engaging classroom environment alongside your teaching team.
- A genuine love for babies and a passion for early childhood education.
- Experience in a childcare or daycare setting preferred.
- Strong communication organization and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers including background checks and training.
