Role Lead the delivery of Vends next-generation new-car experience connecting buyers OEMs and dealers through trusted AI-powered data-driven solutions. As AI reshapes how people discover and choose cars your role is to turn these capabilities into meaningful product experiences and make AI a core differentiator across the entire journey.
Company Vend home to FINN Blocket DBA Tori Oikotie and Bilbasen helping millions across the Nordics make smart choices every day.
Location Join us in our central and modern Stockholm or Oslo office with the flexibility to work 50% remotely - your choice your balance.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT
This role sits within Vend Mobility a 250-strong team of experts across the Nordics driven to help people make smarter mobility choices.
Youll lead the product success of Vends New Car Initiative taking it from pilot to full scale across Blocket FINN and Bilbasen.
Your mission: Make it easy for people to find the right car and form of ownership connecting them seamlessly with OEMs and dealers and creating real value for our partners.
Your week might include:
- Leading the cross-functional New Car team through discovery delivery and iteration
- Turning user and partner insights into clear hypotheses experiments and validated outcomes
- Actively driving the commercial agenda defining how we monetize the value we deliver
- Defining and refining the key pillars of the new-car experience together with tech and UX
- Aligning with core marketplace experience Pro area and Advertising teams
- Identifying and prioritising opportunities where AI can strengthen user discovery matching and decision-support working closely with design data science and engineering
- Managing OEM and cross-functional dependencies across product tech strategy marketing and sales
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales to ensure go-to-market readiness and measurable business impact
- Tracking and optimising for engagement lead quality conversion and partner satisfaction
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
After 6 months: Youve translated learnings from our pilot and defined a solid launch plan for Blocket and FINN. The product strategy is validated and we are on track to meet our commercial ambitions for 2026.
After 12 months: Vends New Car initiative has launched successfully showing strong user engagement high-quality leads and proven commercial value and with a clear path for further scaling.
WHO YOU ARE
- Youre a seasoned product manager who thrives on turning strategy into results able to lead complex cross-team initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
You know how to:
- Translate vision into action through clear strategy roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Drive alignment across teams with empathy and influence not hierarchy
- Combine data-driven rigour with strong product intuition
- Communicate complex ideas simply to engineers executives and external partners
- Balance creating value for users/customers and monetizing this value
- Confident in applying AI in product development you want to lead how to turn AI capabilities into tangible user and business value
Preferred experience:
- 5 years in product management or similar strategic product roles
- Background in marketplaces or automotive ecosystems is a strong plus
- Strong analytical grounding you are comfortable with experimentation KPIs and tools like Amplitude Tableau or Looker
- Experience working with AI-driven user experiences is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowing Nordic languages is a plus
