Job Summary
Your mission
- Manage customer relationships and act as the main O&M point of contact
- Lead and develop local service teams and subcontractors
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of O&M contracts
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Manage warranty cases and technical support processes
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with local EU and HQ teams to ensure seamless operations
- Travel across the Nordics for site supervision; occasional travel to China
Your profile
- Degree in Electrical or Industrial EngineeringProven experience in large-scale O&M operations
- Strong technical background in PV solar and BESS
- Experience managing teams and complex service contractsFluent in English and Swedish (C1 minimum); Mandarin is a plus
- Highly organized data-driven and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a global multicultural matrix organization
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word); Visio is a plus
- Knowledge of Battery systems EMS and SCADA is an advantage
