About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing site in Uppsala.
This role is critical to ensuring we attract hire and retain high-quality talent across production engineering quality supply chain R&D and site support functions.
You will act as a trusted partner to site leadership owning the local talent acquisition strategy while aligning with regional and global TA frameworks. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic planning stakeholder management and operational recruitment delivery.
