In order to manage current and future projects Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new
Training Offers & Sales Manager (d/f/m).
The mission is to coordinate and promote training activities in Germany in close cooperation with the Approved Training Organisation (ATO) for pilots and the Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO) for technicians.
This mission includes the responsibility for conducting offers and sales related to these training activities on the H135 and H145 with the corresponding Legacy variant from Airbus Helicopters.
Your location
At our Donauwörth site located on the banks of the river Danube we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Coordinating and promoting training activities:
Responsible and the central point of contact (POC) for the customer regarding their training business and for the Support and Service offers department
Perform all project management office activities such as budget controlling planning and risk analysis for training programs
Support to Sales team in from of end-customer when training plays a major role in sales campaign
Promotion of Training Catalogue and Tools during Trade Show
Training Offers:
Developing the involvement of other training centers in offers related to the Metier proposal
Responsible for the compliance of training solutions compared to program specifications
Responsible for the competitiveness customer satisfaction and safety of our training for each program concerned
Responsible for the drafting preparation and release of training offers (including commercial policy considerations) in accordance with the offer process
Desired skills and qualifications
Completed Masters degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
Experience in Offers & Contracts
Experience in the Support & Service area as well as with internal and external customers
Customer orientation
Independent and conscientious working style
Good problem-solving skills
Business fluent English skills as you will be working in an international environment
Fluent in German
French is a plus
