Job Summary
Ihre Aufgaben
- Planning of the bid process within the team and in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Product departments
- Organization of proposals creation editing and finalization of documents and if necessary leading the proposal team
- Coordination tracking and control of general bid activities
- Preparation of cost estimates in cooperation with the proposal team
- Acquiring the necessary supporting documentation certificates notarizations etc.
Ihr Profil
- Degree in computer science engineering industrial engineering business administration or other relevant field; alternatively a comparable education at an air traffic control authority
- At least two years of experience in a project team environment and/or project management with good communication skills; more than five years is a plus
- Excellent writing skills and very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word Excel)
- Good technical understanding with the ability to grasp and present complex technical topics
- Familiarity with the aerospace industry and with ATM and MHS systems including the underlying technology is considered a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken German is an advantage
