Responsibilities

• Support the team with data-driven operational tasks and analytics-focused sales projects

• Build maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards reports and automated data pipelines

• Develop data models that improve reporting accuracy and enable deeper sales performance insights

• Work with SQL to extract clean and structure data from various internal systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions

• Present insights through clear visually compelling reports and presentations

• Contribute to the development of best practices for data governance reporting standards and analytics workflows

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) in business analytics data science economics business informatics statistics or a related field

• Mandatory internship required by your university lasting 5-6 months

• Strong interest in data analytics sales performance metrics and process optimization

• Experience with:

  • Power BI (or similar BI tools)

  • SQL for data extraction and transformation

  • Data modeling concepts (star schema relationships normalization etc.)

• Motivated to improve data quality reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities within the sales organization

• Fluent in English; German is a plus

• Open-minded proactive detail-oriented and eager to work in a fast-paced environment

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • 1566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • 1253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • 1400 for a full-time internship position
