Job Summary
We are in search of a Patient Manager to join our client whois providing cutting-edge solutions in preventive medicine and health evaluation. This role can be an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to be part of an emerging innovative high-tech startup in the Health Care industry in a customer facing role. This role can work 100% remotely.

- Providing a full-cycle support for customers throughout the whole patient-journey
- Ensuring patients are informed about the companys services and processes
- Cooperating with other functions such as sales customer service and with physicians
- Actively monitoring hot sales leads and engaging pending clients (no hunter sales activity is required)
- Acting as the key contact point for customers representing the companys values
- Health Care or Life Science Degree
- Experience working in a customer/client facing role
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mentality
- User-level computer skills
- Fluent Hungarian and English
