Experience Design Project Manager

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Leading digital product and service development projects from brief to execution aligning with client needs and business objectives.
• Ensuring agile and iterative project management while fostering collaboration across different disciplines.
• Managing daily client and subcontractor communications coordinating stakeholders and aligning expectations.
• Working closely with strategists designers and developers to ensure creative and technical solutions align with business goals.
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing project tools and resources while adapting to changing conditions.
• Overseeing quality assurance risk management and cost control to ensure project success for both the client and the company.
• Handling project-related administration and financial processes from internal reporting to legal compliance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of project management experience partly or fully on international projects in one or more of the following areas: web and e-commerce solutions brand and marketing-focused projects digital product and service development innovation solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently manage client relationships.
• Business mindset and strategic thinking to ensure effective project execution.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach.
• Experience in agile or iterative project management methodologies.
• Attention to detail and independent work ethic with effective time management skills.
