About the RoleWere looking for a Marketing Communication Intern to support social media content development and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Hoffmasters brand presence and improve access to accurate compliant product information. This internship provides hands-on project-based experience working across Marketing Product Management Design and Sustainability to support both external-facing and internal-facing Youll Do:Create schedule and post engaging product marketing and corporate brand content across social media channelsMonitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize engagement and reachResearch trends and industry best practices to propose innovative content ideasCollaborate with Product Managers to ensure sales and marketing materials are accurate and up to dateCoordinate with Design Product and Channel Marketing teams to support campaign visuals and written materialsAssist with content audits to ensure alignment accuracy and compliance including adherence to FTC Green GuidesSupport the creation of product and product test videos for customer pitch decksAssist with updating corporate website product detail pages with clear educational descriptions and supporting assetsWhat Were Looking For:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Digital Media or a related fieldStrong written communication and content development skillsInterest in social media digital marketing and brand storytellingFamiliarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools is a plusOrganizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityAt Hoffmaster our Organizational Values and strong sense of Integrity guide how we work and engage with each other every day.
