Job Summary

Job Description

Provide HR coordination for CTS manufacturing plant in Albuquerque NM to ensure the consistent administration of general HR policies and programs including but not limited to employee relations benefits compensation and payroll recruiting training FMLA leave administration compliance with governmental regulatory agencies and miscellaneous recordkeeping requirements. Collaborate with local teams to drive an engaging culture building on continuous improvement talent leadership development and focusing on CTS values.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Administration of Employee Programs

oProvide consistent administration and communication of employee programs including but not limited to CTS policies and procedures tuition reimbursement compensation unemployment and leave administration.

oOffer assistance and support to off-site HR partners as needed.

oAssist and maintain HR portal and Key Employee database.

oStrive for continuous improvement in our processes and provide objective assessments analysis and guidance in the implementation of new initiatives.

Employee Relations

oProvide timely and positive customer service to our employees and managers.

oAssist with logistics of Key Employee new hires provide new hire orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding process between the managers and various departments.

oAssist with performance management programs employee training programs and leadership assessment processes.

oAbility to drive cultural transformation and team effectiveness

Payroll/Compensation

oProcess payroll on a bi-weekly basis process special executive compensation as required and assist/train other HR partners as needed.

oMaintain Success Factors / Dayforce system entering all new hires routine maintenance (tax changes change of address etc.) and separation information.

Staffing

oAssist with recruiting efforts of non-exempt and contingent workforce.

oCoordinate Direct and Indirect labor staffing activities as required.

oThis function will require oversight and coordination with staffing firms
