Oversees the delivery of analytics solutions across the product development lifecycle from entitlement through implementation and ongoing business operations. Manages and develops a team of analysts and business intelligence engineers (BIEs)

Analytics & Insights
Oversees development and maintenance of recurring reporting frameworks (e.g. XBRs) for Product and E-commerce performance
Leads analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital products under the roof tech and e-commerce platforms
Directs the design and implementation of analytics solutions for new product initiatives
Ensures quality and consistency of analytical outputs across team deliverables
Product Development Support
Partners with product teams throughout the development lifecycle to define success metrics and measurement approaches
Guides analytics strategy during product entitlement phases
Oversees implementation of measurement frameworks for new products and features
Maintains analytics documentation and knowledge base for product initiatives
Business Partnership
Serves as primary analytics partner to E-commerce leadership
Translates complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
Builds and maintains relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Identifies opportunities for data-driven optimization of digital products programs and customer experience

This role reports to the Executive Leader E-commerce Business and works closely with Product Management E-commerce Operations Marketing Analytics and Technology teams to drive data-informed decision-making across the digital business.
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering analytics mathematics statistics IT or equivalent
- 6 years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 6 years of data warehouse technical architectures data modeling infrastructure components ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
- 2 years of direct management experience
- Experience with R Python or other statistical software
- Masters degree in Business Economics Statistics Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL MS Power Query Python)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
