The Senior Manager Go-to-Market Operations role involves partnering with senior sales and operations executives to address strategic problems in the Marketing Solutions business. The role includes leading executing and scaling operational and planning processes that are crucial to success. The GTM Ops team is central to LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. This position offers a high-profile opportunity for candidates with consulting investment banking finance go-to-market/sales/business operations or analytics experience to influence LinkedIns business trajectory. 

We are looking for an exceptional business and people leader with strong quantitative problem solving communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with executives and collaborate with a variety of people and job functions accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope and perform professionally in a challenging ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Were seeking a leader who can recognize opportunities to drive business growth or improve processes and who can lead a team to bring these ideas to life. 

Responsibilities

Partnership strategic influence and leadership:  

  • Lead and develop a top-caliber strategy & operations your team on big-picture thinking and operational rigor and mentor them with a focus on skill and career development. 
  • Advise senior sales members on growing their business with data-driven actionable recommendations. 
  • Establish strong working relationships with peers in other GTM Ops and cross-functional teams and represent your organization in LMS-wide projects. 

Strategic projects and process improvement:  

  • Lead strategic and operational projects impacting the Sales and GTM Ops organization including GTM strategy development client intelligence process improvement and automation. 
  • Manage high-impact projects to identify and deliver on opportunities for growth including optimization of sales territories improving GTM approach to customer engagement and supporting pilots of new motions   
  • Drive operational efficiency through short and long-term process optimization with a focus on use of AI to drive impact 

Planning and reporting:  

  • Support annual strategic planning from conceptual design to implementation and investment cases  
  • Own weekly reporting for a high-growth business segment identifying and managing KPIs creating high-impact materials for exec audience explaining key drivers and risks within the business.  

Be flexible and willing to handle unexpected operational tasks. 


Qualifications :

BasicQualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree ineconomics management science business applied math statistics finance analytics or related field or equivalent experience. 
  • 9 years experienceina strategicoranalyticalrole includingConsulting Finance Business OperationsSales Operationsorothersimilar industry. 
  • 2 years of people management experience
  • Experience using Excel hands-on for modeling

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency withdata analysis/modeling(Excel SQL)and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sounddecision-making. 
  • Proven track record of leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth performance-focused environment. 
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems navigate challenging data sets develop solutions and craft high-quality executivepresentations. 
  • Strongcommunication skills written and verbal including experience communicating with seniorleaders. 
  • Experience with D365 Anaplan and reporting tools like Tableau. 
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills. 
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

The pay range for this role is $150000 to $243000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
