Position Overview:This role supports IT procurement and staff augmentation activities by managing requisitions purchase orders invoicing and related data within SAP SRM and supporting systems. The position collaborates closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate compliant and timely procurement operations.
Duties:Manage the staff augmentation requisition process including coordinating with internal stakeholders to finalize requests.
Submit staff augmentation requisitions to external vendors.
Create and maintain shopping carts in SAP SRM.
Process purchase order changes within SAP SRM.
Assist IT team members with shopping carts and goods receipts as needed.
Review monthly invoices for staff augmentation resources and process related change orders and goods receipts.
Review and maintain IT dashboards to ensure data accuracy.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff business owners project sponsors vendors and key stakeholders.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Adhere to established standards policies procedures and procurement guidelines.
Utilize various software applications and technology tools to perform job duties.
Perform additional related tasks and duties as assigned.
