Account Executive: What would you do
Hunt for new business opportunities in the Assigned territory & Target account segment
by comprehending the customers operations and recognizing and exploring
commercial potential within these accounts.
Drive Sales strategy for Target accounts in consultation with Region Head Solution
Consulting and Marketing teams
Establish and grow sales pipeline in the BFSI Sector for our various Product Offerings viz.
CRM LOS DLP Digital Onboarding Solutions etc. Drive sales growth by identifying
opportunities by expanding our market presence in the BFSI industry.
Drives Account Planning identifies whitespaces proactively maps key stakeholders at
CXO level across functions like IT Digital Business etc. and defines actions across
account team to capture new business.
Strong techno-commercial acumen.
Create compelling Sales pitches.
Achieve assigned targets of ARR and new logos.
Timely execution of contracts billing and collection for Assigned accounts deals won.
Researching Competition and Market Trends.
Required Skills:
Superstrong collaborator by being the center point of a cross-functional account team
across Sales Delivery Pre-sales Inside Sales Marketing Finance Legal etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Prior track record of successful delivery of enterprise software Products/ solutions to
customers in technical/functional / techno-functional capacity/role.
Consistent track record of delivery on quota/targets sequentially across multiple
quarters.
Excellent perspective of the Financial Services space practical challenges of a regulated
industry and what it takes to transform from a legacy to a digital player.
Exposure to large enterprise customer relationships in BFSI (Banking Financial Services
and Insurance) industry is desirable.
Demonstrated success in selling Enterprise Business Applications/SaaS Solutions.
Has a strategic mindset for devising plans to expand sales and predict future trends.
Displays a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Strong result orientation and focus towards target achievement.
High degree of collaboration influencing and strategic planning capability for managing
at all levels internally and externally particularly in complex environments
Demonstrates a strong grasp of technology as well as commercial aspects.
