Position Summary
The Voyage Sales Representative engages with guests after their full presentation with the goal of converting them into proud Vacation Club Owners. This role focuses on educating guests presenting ownership benefits and inspiring the value of long-term vacationing with Capital Vacations.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Present clear compelling information on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations.
- Introduce guests to our 10-Year Term Product and explain its advantages.
- Build a personalized vacation vision that aligns with each guests lifestyle.
- Demonstrate the long-term value of ownership within the Capital Vacations portfolio.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a TN Timeshare License
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to maintain a minimum 10% closing rate measured through monthly sales performance.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
