Join our dynamic Chemical Manufacturing team as a Senior Process Chemist where youll drive process optimization and innovation in active ingredient production. This role combines hands-on laboratory work with data-driven decision making to enhance our manufacturing processes improve efficiency and deliver sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute chemical process development work on new and existing processes
- Interpret plant data and conduct laboratory investigations
- Generate and lead improvement projects from planning through implementation
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to exchange information and progress development work
- Maintain detailed documentation in lab notebooks and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with site company and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to innovation through knowledge sharing and proactive idea development
Qualifications :
- PhD in Chemistry OR Masters in Chemistry with 2 years industrial experience
- Excellent practical skills in experimental and analytical techniques
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Experience with literature searching and information systems
- Proven ability to plan work independently over extended periods
- Effective communication skills across various formats and cross-functional teams
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
- Digital chemistry knowledge (automation coding large language models)
- Statistical analysis expertise
- Process development experience
- Analytical method development capabilities
