We are growing our Project Management Team in South Australia and our Adelaide office is looking for Senior Project Managers who possess experience leadingthe delivery ofWater Environment or Energyprojects by engaging interacting and collaborating to deliver key return for your experience well support your professional development and further strengthen your project management design management and leadership skills.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Delivering client excellence by leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams collaborating across GHDs regions to achieve project objectives and develop GHDs design capabilities.
- Leveraging our business and digital systems to improve efficiency of project delivery and governance through proactive financial and quality management and planning.
- Mentoring junior GHD staff in project management and design management.
- Providing leadership to the wider team in line with GHDs values.
What would you bring to the team
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with at least 10 years of project management or design management experience onWater Environment or Energyprojects.
- Proven experience in design management or project management roles especially multidisciplinary projects across varying locations or portfolios of multiple projects for client or sectors.
- Recent relevant experience working within anengineering consulting environmentAND/OR directly with state government clients or energy developers.
- Commitment to a client-centric approach to business and a history of understanding and delivering positive client experiences.
- Strong commercial skill with an ability to identify and decisively handle project risks and opportunities as they arise.
- Highly developed and open communication and influencing skills both oral and written.
