247Hire DEMO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Analyst to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments gathering data and providing valuable insights to support our clients decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field visits and inspections to collect data and assess the condition of various assets or facilities
Analyze collected data and generate comprehensive reports highlighting key findings and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field activities and data collected
Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and deliverables

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as engineering data analysis or a related discipline
2-3 years of experience in a similar field analyst or data collection role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
Proficient in using data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel SQL and data visualization tools
Willingness to travel to client sites and work in various field environments
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
