Location: Scottsdale/Hybrid
Now Hiring: Creative Strategist (Performance Creative UGC) - Direct Hire
Our client (an AI-powered consumer fintech app) is looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance creativesomeone who can turn insights into scroll-stopping ads that convert. This is a hands-on role where youll own end-to-end paid social creative strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok build a repeatable creative testing engine and scale what works. If the ads are sharper faster and consistently performing betteryoure doing your job.
What youll do
- Own paid social creative strategy across Meta TikTok and other performance channels
- Develop and test concepts messaging angles hooks and formats designed to drive acquisition
- Build creative testing roadmaps and hypotheses with Growth/Marketing partners
- Analyze performance data to identify winners patterns and next iterations
- Translate results into clear briefs feedback and creative direction for execution
- Use AI tools to support ideation testing and/or performance analysis
- Identify onboard and manage UGC creators; write strong briefs and provide performance-based feedback
- Source evaluate and repurpose creator content for paid and organic use
- Support organic TikTok/Instagram content to keep paid organic aligned and consistent
- Stay current on platform trends policy changes and competitive creative strategies
What were looking for
- 3 years in creative strategy / paid social creative supporting performance marketing
- Proven experience developing performance creative for Meta and TikTok
- Experience supporting brands spending meaningful budgets online (ex: $500K/month)
- Strong understanding of short-form performance drivers: hooks pacing messaging formats CTAs
- Experience briefing and managing UGC/creator content
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Analytical mindsetable to read performance data and turn it into clear creative direction
- Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced iterative environment

- Fintech/finance or other regulated industry experience
- Ability to design creative in Canva
