10The Role: Sustainability Report Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Expert to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality sustainability reporting projects for global clients ensuring compliance with leading international standards and frameworks. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and design skills and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Client Projects Globally:
Lead and execute sustainability reporting engagements across diverse industries and geographies.
Ensure alignment with international standards such as TCFD ISSB and CSRD
Proposal Support:
Contribute to the development of compelling proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
Management-Ready Presentations:
Prepare and deliver clear visually engaging presentations for senior client audiences.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate effectively with senior executives and client teams demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
Project Management:
Manage timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Sustainability Environmental Science Business or related field.
35 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting or ESG consulting.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks: TCFD ISSB CSRD.
Proven experience in drafting high-quality sustainability reports.
Core Skills:
Excellent writing and design capabilities for reports and presentations.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and high diligence.
Ability to engage confidently with senior clients and stakeholders.
Personal Attributes:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in global cross-functional teams.
