Job Summary
How does your working day look like...
- Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: development and maintenance of personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the corresponding business segment
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities
- Representation of the hotels at sales calls client happenings and events
- Continuous market observation and analysis
- Conducting hotel tours
- Developing strategies and measures to increase the companys success in consultation with the Sales Marketing and Revenue departments
- CRM maintenance administrative sales activities and follow-ups
- Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms
Qualifications :

- You are fluent in German and English other languages are an advantage
- You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson. Nevertheless you know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably
- Youre not afraid to pick up the phone and actively bring our great products to our customers
- You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
- You not only bring your skills to the table but also your character
