Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support both front-office and back-office clinical operations within a patient-centered primary care setting. This role emphasizes preventive care health education and population health management contributing to improved patient outcomes and sustainable behavior change.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered care including rooming patients obtaining and documenting vital signs and preparing patients for exams and procedures.
Assist providers during examinations and procedures and accurately document encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).
Administer medications vaccines flu shots and conduct biometric screenings in accordance with clinical protocols.
Respond to patient phone calls and provide education related to treatments care plans and preventive health services.
Perform blood draws and provide additional clinical support as needed.
Maintain medical supply inventory and ensure exam rooms are clean stocked and ready for use.
Support clerical and administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Experience administering flu shots
Experience conducting biometric screenings
Strong computer skills with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
