Job Summary
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop optimize and industrialize manufacturing processes for high-performance composite components
Transfer prototypes into stable pre-series and series production
Define analyze and document process parameters
Collaborate closely with R&D quality and production teams
Identify bottlenecks risks and opportunities for improvement
Support the build-up of scalable production structures
Create work instructions standards and best practices
YOUR PROFILE
A completed Bachelors degree or higher in Production Engineering Mechanical Engineering Materials Science or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with composite materials or advanced manufacturing processes
(this may include substantial practical experience through Formula Student rocketry teams or comparable technical projects)Experience in manufacturing process development or industrialization
An analytical structured and solution-oriented working style
A strong hands-on mindset: you dont just design processes you actively implement and improve them
A high level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
Motivation to build and shape things on site in a dynamic environment rather than simply managing from a distance
English proficiency at B2 level or higher; German skills are a plus if little or no German is available English proficiency at C level is required
