The Consumer Ecosystem Strategy Director willbe responsible formapping journeys across assets in our consumer ecosystem helping to ensure consistency and advancing Pfizers business priorities.A successful candidate will have a passion for understandingthe evolving digitalexpectationsof our consumer audiences andkey technology trends and advancements and they willbe responsible forbringing these insights into our digital ecosystem.
This director will have specificresponsibilities to take key business priorities anddeterminehow they come to life in our different ecosystem assets.They will be tasked withidentifyingopportunitiesto streamlineand bring consistency to consumer experiences as well as ensuring journey continuity to other assets in the ecosystem. The incumbent will have the ability tothinkbig picture strategy but also drive hands on execution.

Supportthe global strategy and transformation of Pfizers consumer digital ecosystemreimagining Pfizers online presence to deliver personalized connected and high-impact experiences across channels.
Establish clear value propositions north stars and KPIsfor each digital assetin the ecosystemto ensure a consistent and unified experience acrossPfizers portfolio of brands.
Map key customer journeys across each ecosystem asset aligned with value propositions/north stars.
Champion human-centered design methodologies to uncover consumer pain pointsandidentifydigital experiences to reduce frictions and achieveour businessoutcomes.
Supportexecution of 2026 Big Bets identifyinghow they come to life across the digital ecosystem.
Stay at the forefront of digital innovationmonitoringemerging technologies competitive dynamics and healthcare trends to ensure Pfizer leads in digital health engagement.

Qualifications:
Experience (8 years) in strategy innovation and/or customer experience positions with proventrack recordof success.

Strong analytical prowess to conduct root cause analyses to solve the right problem (i.e. solve the cause not the symptom).
Deepexpertisein journey mappingand human-centered design.
Passion for staying connected to external trends and emerging technologies.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156600.00 to $261000.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
