We are seeking an experienced real estate professional as a trusted advisor to join a highly active investor-centric real estate team focused on serious sellers and investors of residential and select small commercial investments throughout Metro Atlanta.
This is not a traditional residential sales role. You will advise investors on acquisition disposition risk and return working alongside a team with substantial firsthand experience in fix-and-flip short- and long-term hold strategies private equity in-house property management and international investor relationships.
Our leadership team has bought operated and sold hundreds of properties for its own account and remains an active buyer today.
