POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Regional Manager of Health & Safety plays a vital role in reinforcing a safety-first culture at Liquid Environmental Solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of Health & Safety this role is responsible for ensuring that safety policies procedures and regulatory compliance standards are embedded into daily operations across the company. The Regional Manager of Health & Safety partners closely with field leadership operations logistics and fleet teams to promote proactive safety behaviors drive accountability and reduce workplace risk.
This position supports the development communication training and enforcement of safety programs that meet or exceed OSHA DOT and company-specific standards. The Regional Manager of Health & Safety ensures that operational teams have the tools guidance and support needed to maintain a safe work environment protect our employees and serve our customers with integrity and professionalism.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the primary multi-regional/Business unit advocate for health and safety ensuring company policies and OSHA standards are applied consistently.
- Own the regional deployment/management of the LYTX Dash-Cam program that includes ensuring that both BOMs and RVPs are holding their team members accountable
- Monitor driver behavior events through dash-cam and telematics platforms (e.g. speeding
seatbelt harsh braking) and escalate events to branch leadership for coaching and corrective action. Run trend and exception reports to identify high-risk drivers and branches.
- Act as a regional subject matter resource for Geotab and dash-cam vendor platforms supporting branch users and training staff as needed.
- Conduct safety audits inspections and risk assessments at branches yards and field operations.
- Investigate incidents and near misses perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver and coordinate training programs including OSHA DOT new hire orientation and site-
specific safety practices.
- Support Fit for Duty/Return to Duty protocols including temporary modified duty oversight.
- Promote engagement through toolbox talks safety campaigns and open communication.
- Support the companys compliance efforts in coordination with regulatory agencies and internal
stakeholders.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Employment Experience and Skills:
- Strong understanding of OSHA DOT and other applicable safety regulations.
- Knowledge of safety management systems risk assessment tools and incident investigation processes.
- Experience with telematics/dash-cam platforms (Geotab Lytx or similar).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and training skills with the ability to influence and support all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multi-site environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS-related software or reporting platforms
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Industrial Hygiene or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in transportation safety or health and safety compliance roles; field-based or service industry experience strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g. OSHA 30/40 ASP or CHST) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Experience supporting multi-location operations in transportation logistics or environmental services is a plus.
Working Environment:
- Position is based in the corporate office with frequent travel to field locations including branches job sites and service yards.
- Exposure to outdoor and industrial environments; must follow all safety protocols and wear PPE
as required.
- May be required to support incident response or training outside of traditional business hours.
- Works cross-functionally with operations HR compliance fleet and customer service teams.

- Some light lifting and bending
- Periods of sitting
