Job Responsibilities:
- Plan direct and coordinate the operations of Jepsen Electric Inc
- Oversee daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of employees providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement of materials

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role preferably in the electrical industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management
- Familiarity with electrical contracting industry practices
- Experience working with a diverse team of employees
- Demonstrated success in improving operational processes
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $96000 - $120000 per year
