Your Role as a Preschool Teacher:

As a Preschool Teacher youll be at the heart of each childs learning journeyleading enriching activities fostering creativity and building a classroom where every child feels valued and empowered.

You will:

Lead hands-on learning experiences based on a research-backed curriculum that promotes emotional social cognitive and physical growth.
Create a joyful and organized classroom that sparks curiosity and encourages independence.
Build lasting bonds with children and families through thoughtful communication and daily check-ins.
Maintain a secure and nurturing environment that follows all safety standards and supports positive behavior.
Collaborate with teammates to meet individual childrens needs through shared ideas and intentional problem-solving.

Required Physical Abilities:

Must be able to walk sit and stand throughout the day
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be able to sit on the floor and move quickly to support children
