Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. MTech is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. Youll partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract engage and hire top-tier talent while upholding consistent global recruiting standards. This role blends strategic sourcing hands-on recruitment and a data-driven mindset to build diverse pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Global process & standards: Collaborate with HR teams in other offices to apply a consistent recruitment process documentation and SLAs.
- Diverse pipeline building: Improve representation across all funnel stages; leverage referrals communities and partnerships.
- Full-cycle recruiting: Source screen and interview candidates; assess qualifications and present calibrated shortlists.
- Offer & compliance: Draft offers manage background checks and ensure timely compliant correspondence throughout the process.
- Employer branding: Execute campaigns and content that attract passive candidates and reinforce MTech as an employer of choice.
- External partnerships: Build relationships with universities professional organizations and diversity networks to expand reach.
- Candidate advocacy: Serve as a trusted point of contact; maintain clear timely communication to elevate candidate experience.
- Onboarding handoff: Coordinate with HR to plan and deliver a smooth first-week onboarding for new hires.
- Data & reporting: Track and report KPIs (time-to-slate time-to-fill source effectiveness diverse-slate %); recommend improvements.
- Tools & hygiene: Maintain accurate ATS records and requisition data; uphold data privacy and hiring compliance.
Startdate: ASAP.
Compensation: Negotiable.
