Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Customer Success Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers ensuring their success with our products/services and driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers understand their business goals and help them achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts building strong relationships and trust.

Understand customer needs business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Onboard new customers ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of our products/services.

Monitor customer health metrics usage data and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.

Proactively address customer issues answer questions and provide timely solutions.

Collaborate with Sales Product and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support company growth.

Collect and share customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and account performance.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in customer success account management or related roles.

Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and customer success software.

Self-motivated organized and able to work independently.

Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
