Responsibilities
Assists in the coordination of Community Health Systems (CHS) Leave of Absence program. Works with the Third Party Administrator (TPA) to efficiently coordinate the Leave of Absence process. Primary user and subject matter expert for the Leave of Absence portal and complies reports from database as needed. Responsible for supporting the efforts made in the modification of the existing or development of new leave processes and programs. Accountable for monitoring leave information status and leave paperwork. Proactively assists in the return to work process supplying manager and facility contacts with status of the returning employee. Reviews and clocks all Leave of Absence time in Kronos. Answers questions and solves problems pertaining to Leave of Absence processing. Works with all levels of management and employees. Works under strict defined deadlines.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
Experience
- 2 years of experience in Human Resource required
- Previous experience working with the Human Resources Leave of Absence program in a hospital environment or with a large organization preferred
- Experience working with Kronos preferred
- Experiene working with Workday preferred
- Experiene working with Sedgwick preferred
