Job Summary

Role: Digital Ecosystem Manager Bangalore
Experience: 5-8 years
Salary: Up to 9-12 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual with a can-do attitude to take on the role of Ecosystem Manager for our digital platform. If you believe in the power of meaningful collaborations to bring about sustainable change this role is for you! In this position you will be responsible for building and nurturing collaborations and digital partnerships to scale sustained platform adoption and growth.

Roles &Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:
- Nurturing strong relationships and effectively managing current digital partners on the platform.
- Identifying onboarding and building collaborative relationships with new digital partners for scaling platform use.
- Liaising with stakeholders to understand their expectations and developing corresponding engagement strategies.
Strategic Growth & Implementation:
- End-to-end planning implementation and reporting of collaborative engagements.
- Exploring and mobilizing government partnerships for at-scale platform adoption.
- Exploring tech-based integrations with other platforms including EdTech app ecosystems and the India & global Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) ecosystem in close collaboration with the product team.
System & Impact Tracking:
- Maintaining knowledge and process documentation for partnerships.
- Developing and maintaining robust internal systems for tracking online and offline platform impact.

Educational Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:
- Post-Graduation or above.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in the social development sector.
- Fellowship or work experience with collaborative actors in the social development sector is preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Possess the natural ability affinity and skillset for strategic relationship building and servicing.
- Strong skills in both internal and external stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with a spectrum of organizations including but not limited to digital platforms social sector organizations (NGOs) Government Agencies (Ministries of Education and other government departments) and EdTech organizations.
- Experience with online and offline event management.
- Ability to handle operational rigor and work with speed.
Technical & Market Awareness:
- Confidence and comfort with technology.
- Should be updated with the latest market trends and innovations in technology.
- Must have an eye on the horizon to anticipate and leverage emerging market and technology trends to ensure future readiness.
Communication:
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent social communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
