Boeing India IDT&S has an immediate opening for Experienced Software Full Stack to be part of Customer Engineering IT team. This is a developer position that is expected to provide application development testing and guiding young team members. This position will also provide technical guidance to achieve excellent technical and business outcomes; i.e. provide technical development and acquire functional knowledge and provide guidance to the team and lead the implementation of technical approaches processes and procedures to deliver sophisticated technical capability that will be matured and transitioned to Boeing collaborators.

This role will be based out of Bangalore India.

Position Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design develop and maintain web and Windows applications from the ground up to deployment.
• User Interface Design: Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using and Angular ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers to bring UI/UX designs to life and collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements.
• API Integration: Connect frontend applications with backend APIs using REST and Web API ensuring secure authentication methods like JWT and OAuth.
• UI Component Development: Build UI components using HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery and TypeScript.
• Backend Services: Develop and integrate backend services Core/.NET 8
• Testing: Write unit and integration tests with frameworks like Cypress to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct thorough testing debugging and performance tuning to enhance application speed and scalability.
• Version Control: Use Azure/Git for version control and collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams.
• CI/CD Management: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure/Git.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to best practices in development.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer for web and Windows applications.
• 8 years of experience Core JavaScript framework.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery TypeScript and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in any JavaScript framework including component-based architecture and state management.
• Solid backend development skills Core/.NET 6 and REST API design.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure/Git and hands-on experience with Cypress for testing.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers team members peers and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
• Demonstrate strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports presentations proposals and Statements of Work.
• Must have experience leading teams and have the ability to mentor and teach juniors and partners to accomplish project and departmental goals and objectives.

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically 8-12 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
