This role can be located in any of our major locations in EMEA area.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Roll Workshop operations.
- Collect and consolidate demand plans from sales areas and align them with operational capacity.
- Analyze data create scenarios and estimate financial outcomes to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations and subcontractors to ensure capacity flexibility and resilience.
- Develop and implement systematic S&OP processes tools and strategies for long-term success.
Expectations for you
- You hold a . a relevant technical field.
- You have 10 years of experience in planning or similar roles like supply chain operations or sales
- You are fluent in English
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are also needed
- You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to turn plans into actionable results.
- Experience in order-to-delivery processes or operations planning is an advantage.
