Job Summary:
The Strategy Deployment Analyst 3 initiates the implementation of defined programs by managing execution maintaining governance and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. This position builds credibility across teams through strong ownership and delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
Develop initiative frameworks roadmaps and performance tracking tools
Partner with business leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities
Manage OKRs KPIs and other performance metrics for key initiatives
Synthesis initiative progress and insights into executive-ready reporting
Identify and escalate systematic execution risks dependencies or misalignments
Coach initiative leads and team members on execution best practices
Support evolution of the strategy deployment operating model
Conduct post-initiative reviews to assess business impact and lesson learned
Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in strategy consulting business operations or PMO roles
Strong ability executing cross-functional programs or business planning processes
Strong change management experience
Strong cross-functional area includes product finance and GTM market teams
Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong facilitation and project management skill
Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
