The Digital App Associate supports QVC & HSN and will drive performance and innovation for QVC & HSN Apps. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution focusing on enhancing our digital video experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging customer-centric solutions.

Where Youll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA NJ or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What Youll Do

• Guide the development and retention strategy for video experience / app features collaborating across teams.
• Lead execution efforts for video experience / NextGen placements across QVC app.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as push SMS and email to drive engagement with video experience and app.
• Plan and execute promotional placements across digital app experience.
• Collaborate and execute taxonomy needs for video experience.
• Analyze campaign and placement data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and curate tagging strategies for video experience features.
• Support livestreaming program with show builds moderation and data analysis.
• Foster a collaborative high-performing team environment modeling QVC Groups leadership competencies.

What Youll Bring

• Experience: Bachelors degree in business marketing merchandising digital or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years experience in a digital commerce / marketing environment or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Tableau Adobe Analytics and/or similar systems.
