Job Description
Were looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping Baswares regional field event strategy at a time of rapid growth and innovation. This is an opportunity to guide the Field Marketing teams strategy and own programs that directly influence revenue while elevating Baswares voice with enterprise accounts in key markets across your assigned region in North America.
The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in demand generation with the creativity to craft memorable experiences and events (in-person and virtual) that convert interest into measurable pipeline. You will engage customers and prospects and influence revenue growth through field activations including partner co-marketing opportunities sponsorships executive dinners webinars roundtables and more.
You will be a critical contributor to the Demand Generation team working cross-functionally to create launch execute track and analyze account-based field marketing programs. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics ABX and event management.
What Youll Do
- Plan and execute a calendar of high-impact field marketing programs that build brand presence and deepen relationships with target accounts in the Central and West regions.
- Design and run engaging webinars and virtual events that generate qualified accounts and nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Collaborate with sales customer success partners SDRs and marketing teams to align field marketing plans with revenue goals and GTM priorities.
- Integrate AI-driven insights and trends into event content to position Basware as a leader in Invoice Lifecycle Management innovation.
- Measure and report on event performance ROI and program optimization for continuous improvement.
